By checking this box, I, the undersigned author, grant Short Fiction Break the one-time, non-exclusive, international rights to publish, distribute, and promote my short story on the website shortfictionbreak.com and through its social media channels.

I acknowledge that:

1. The story submitted is my original work, previously unpublished, and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
2. This consent grants Short Fiction Break the right to publish my story indefinitely. I may request the removal of my story from all platforms by providing 30 days' written notice to Short Fiction Break.
3. Short Fiction Break agrees to credit me as the sole creator of my story in all publications and promotions related to the story.

This consent is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and constitutes the entire agreement regarding the publishing of my story, superseding all prior communications.
